What do you do when you’re stuck?

 Often the first point of call is usually Google.

 Which is great IF you want to know where you’ve seen the actor in the tv show you’re bingeing before…

 But what if you’re stuck and need to make an important business decision?

What if you want to bring your bigger business dream to life?

 Maybe you’re wondering, “what do I need to do to make more ecom sales on my website?” 

 Or “what do I need to do to have consistent £8k months in my business?” 

 Or “how do I stop being reliant on Etsy and build a strong, sustainable business which will support me and my family for years to come?”

 You could Google, but you’d quickly get overwhelmed by reading all the information and not feel any better for it.

 You could even ask AI but you’d get generic ‘advice’ which is gleaned from an unknown source.

 You could ask in a Facebook group and get a million different answers about ‘this worked for me’ with lots of ‘don’t do this… ‘

The trouble is NONE of those take into account you, your business or your own personal circumstances!
From your hopes, your dreams, your fears, your personality or your own beliefs about what you can or can’t do to the real life commitments you have. And it doesn't dig into your business right now.

All this has an impact on making the right decisions the best actions to take and, ultimately, making your dream a reality.

As soon as you have a potential answer you’re left wondering ‘what now?’  and then, it’s back to good old Google again.  Then you’re doubting your first decision and you’re back at the start of the vicious circle… and wondering if you can even do this.

This is exactly why I love the intimacy, the personal touch, the connection of working with someone on a one to one basis.

 Being able to take the time to ask questions.  

 To listen. 

To understand.

To dig deeper.

 And then often as not, to ask even more questions.

To then discover ways to either go over, under, around or through any barriers.

It's lightbulb moments, making decisions AND finding solutions and strategies; supporting making a business decision to commit to and to take action on.

Now, admittedly, it's not as quick and easy as popping a question in a search box or a Facebook group!

Sometimes there are tears… from frustration at first and then relief and the emotional 'I can do this'.   (I've been known to need a tissue at hand too!)

But it’s a damn site more effective. Almost magical.

I've been offering this service for twelve years now, and the magic never stops surprising me.

When you have a series of 1:1s you get the ongoing accountability and support as you hit the inevitable molehills along your journey.

These molehills can be practical ‘how to’ support and sometimes they are deeper and more personal, either way, WE figure them out, together.  You're not on your own, overthinking and complicating in your own mind. 

 This is the beauty of working one to one. 

 It’s getting from A to B.

 It’s change and growth.

 It’s decisions and commitment.

 It’s implementation and solutions. 

 It’s momentum and progress.
