Once you sign up, you'll have access to your client area where you can schedule your first call.

After each session, in this private space, you'll also be able to watch session replays and find any additional notes and files.

By purchasing Shop Strategy Coaching you are securing 3 x 1:1 sessions with Nicola Smith. These sessions are to be used within 12 months. This offer is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your booking reserves time and access across the year, and that time is held exclusively for you.

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 1 hour’s notice. If you miss a session without notice, I’ll wait up to 15 minutes and attempt to contact you. If I don’t hear from you, the missed time may be deducted from a future session.

All sessions must be used within 12 months. Any unused sessions after that point will expire.
